Vehicle sourcing services
Should you wish to commission us to procure your next vehicle or have already commissioned us to do so, we will continue this process during lockdown in accordance with the government guidelines and will provide this service on a non-contact basis, i.e. via telephone, internet, email and all other non-contact methods. Should we locate a vehicle for you during lockdown, we will aim to secure this vehicle by deposit and arrange to view, assess and collect or deliver the vehicle to you where government lockdown guidelines permit us to do so. All payments are to be made in the normal way via bank transfer or via our own funding options.
Used vehicle enquiries/viewings/test drives
Should you wish to physically view a used vehicle which we have in stock, this can be arranged by appointment and will be on a non-contact basis and social distancing measures will apply.
During lockdown unfortunately no test drives will be able to be conducted in accordance with government guidelines due to the close proximity within a vehicle. We will be happy to provide a walk around video for any vehicle you are interested in should this be required. We can also provide a video recording of Merbury Management staff driving the vehicle so it can be seen in operation.
Fleet Management Services
We are contactable by email, phone, text and video-call during this lockdown period for any fleet management services which can be provided using these contact methods. We will endeavour to continue to provide support and guidance with breakdowns and servicing requirements where reciprocal service providers are able to do so in accordance with government guidelines during this lockdown period.
